I started with this site when they were just by invite only and a different name. I feel honored have been apart of that experience helping them improve their site and getting to experience the fun and exciting games was a treat for me. The support staff is out of this world amazing. They truly are worth playing threw. They have definitely earned my loyal business that's for sure!!!

After being invited to play on smilescasino i made over 1000$ in purchases just for them to ban me and steal my money so now i cant even use my purchases using the excuse of "we have a right to terminate and refuse to refund any money spent whenever we want" literal theft this place is criminal and i will have to report them to the appropriate authorites. I edited this because they replied claiming i can reach out to support yet i have reached out with over 3 requests to resolve this and they ignore me so they are just trying to save face here dont believe them.

Smiles Casino is the best, they offer a huge variety of slots and have fast payouts. They also have frequent giveaways, promotions, and sign-in bonuses. I play here all the time and never worry about whether or not I'll be able to cash out. Highly recommended online casino.

After some experience with other sites I can honestly say, that as a new casino Smiles has got a lot to offer. There are over a 100 if not more interesting games to choose from, including some booming new releases that float my boat. I even managed to win some small amounts of money, that kept me playing casually. Apart of the games I like the design of the website. I can find everything very easily and the customer support is only click away. Some of the verification processes are lengthy, but that doesn’t differ from other social casinos. But when you get through them - you all set for a good fun! I liked the welcome bonus too - whole 5sc kept me going for sometime. The store packages are nicely priced too

I was on the waiting list for over a month and made $1,000 in purchases on the same night I was finally invited to sign up. I played though my balance and then tried to withdraw the next morning, but I kept getting an error. I contacted support and got a reply right away from Matthew. Matthew basically said that they are stealing my money and that I will not be able to redeem. My account is banned and they are no longer replying to my emails. I am in the process of reporting 10 Ten Gaming to the US Federal Trade Commission. Edit: I (once again) reached out to Support at Smiles Casino over 10 days ago and I still haven't received a response.
