The dentures of 2 Missing teeth in a row is awesome. I guess it’s called a flipper? Works Great. The other flipper for One bottom Most works ok. Just can’t really chew food with that one. Maybe it’s suppose to be more Snug Of a fit? But happy overall.

The tooth looks great when it’s in - no complaints at all - it looks very natural. I sent it back once because it was too loose. I received it back and it isn’t loose anymore, but it does hurt if I try to eat anything on that side with it in. I’ve worn it for 2 days now, at least 8 hours a day and my mouth is quite sore. Not sure what to do at this point

The fit and look of the teeth were great. The color/shade of the teeth were a little to bright, but blends in OK. The only complaint I have was that it took 4 weeks to get my flipper to me from the date of purchase. I took the molds of my mouth (impressions) and shipped out back to Smile Boutique NY within 2 days of receiving them. I was hoping to get my flipper in 2-3 weeks time from order placement. That might be related to my location in Colorado (length shipping time from NY state). Overall, the product is excellent (especially for the efficient price). I highly recommend using Smile Boutique NY.

I didn't like anything about it! So l emailed, got a call, explained that was not my expectation, so I was told I would get another one in a week and wouldn't be charged long as I send the old one back, It's been 3 week and I haven't received anything

To clarify, as noted in our text communications, our agreement was to adjust your existing appliance free of charge once we received it back at our facility. We do not ship out brand-new replacements, nor can we make adjustments until the original item is returned to us. Because we have not yet received your original appliance, we haven't been able to make those adjustments. My experience was great. The shipping was fast and the flexible denture's fix better then I ever thought. I had 3 front teeth made and I can't believe how great it fits. Thank you again and I will buy another set in the near future.

Ordered my lower & absolutely loved them so after my dentist was finished with the top teeth I had to come back for the upper! Definitely recommend!

The communication was great through the whole process. I was sceptical at first, this being an online company and product, but the experience proved me wrong. The live video was really amazing, that assisted me with my impressions, was truly hands on. My appliance fit really snug and secure, it became more comfortable as time went on. What can the company do better, don't change anything, keep providing the same great service and more. I told all my family and friends about the experience. I will be getting my complete upper partial from SB as well and hope it is just as complete. Good tooth and gum collar match, light, streamline not bulky, thanks SB.
