I bought this for my daughter (college), but it didn't help her at all. Very bummed and disappointed. Will look in to a refund.

We’re sorry to hear Smileactives didn’t meet your expectations. Whitening results can vary depending on individual smile conditions and consistency of use, because whitening is a gradual process. To keep your smile looking its best, continue using the product exactly as directed. Make sure you’re applying the recommended amount of gel, brushing for the full 2 minutes each time, and using it twice daily. Our team would love the opportunity to learn more about your experience and offer additional support specially with your concern. Kindly reach out at 1‑800‑207‑8952. We’re available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist you directly.

Smile active does not work!!! Plus, try to cancel. My husband called and they said it would cancel, the next shipment is now being shipped. Smile Active IS NOT worth trying. Go to a dentist to whitten your teeth

They make cancelling a subscription virtually impossible. Their products only semi-work, and cancelling the subscription online is not an option, it only allows you to delay a shipment. Eventually in chat I was able to cancel, but even the contact us email, accessibility at and the domain name, smileactives.com, sent me a bounceback, advising that this mailbox is not monitored. Unscrupulous. Avoid at all costs.
