The turn around time for the yard signs we made was really fast and within the timing that they estimated for the job at checkout. I also appreciated the ability to review the proofs during checkout so they could go straight to print. I did have a bit of trouble getting the automated proof process to accept 2-sided sign proofs, but it got there. The signs were well packaged, good quality, and worked well for our purposes.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback! I'm so glad to hear your yard signs arrived quickly, were well packaged, and worked well for your needs. I also really appreciate you mentioning your experience with the Instant Proof process. Instant Proof is one of our newer features, and while it's already helping many customers get to print faster, we're still actively improving it based on feedback like yours. I'm sorry it gave you some trouble with the two-sided sign proofs, but I'm glad you were ultimately able to get everything approved. Thank you again for your business and for helping us make our products and processes even better. We truly appreciate your support and hope to work with you again soon!

I appreciated the communication to assist with making sure our event tickets turned out as wonderful as they did. We were able to get them fast, which was amazing. Overall working with the SmartPress team was wonderful. The quality of the event ticket was what I was hoping for, for structural integrity. Only reason for the four stars, I wish someone would have mentioned the line up of where I a QR code placed. I didn't realize it and the QR code ended up on the small ticket stub. I should have flipped where the QR code was on the back of the ticket.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad to hear that our team was able to help ensure your event tickets turned out just as you envisioned and that you were pleased with the quality, communication, and fast turnaround. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the QR code placement. That's a valuable insight, and feedback like yours helps us identify opportunities to better guide customers through the process. Thank you again for choosing Smartpress. We appreciate your business and hope to work with you again on future events!

Staff was skilled, friendly, kind, accommodating, patient. My booklet came out as a beautiful thing! The printing is brilliant and I'm super happy with the product. Kudos especially to Elli in Layout Services and Ryan in Pre-press. The only difficulty I had was in trying to communicate exclusively through text. I'm new to professional printing, digitally incompetent, inclined to change my mind, wanting unachievable perfection, etc. Thank you for not firing me!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! I’m so happy we were able to help bring your vision to life and that you love how the booklet turned out. I’ll make sure Elli and Ryan see your shoutout. And don't worry, you definitely weren't going to get fired. 😊 Professional printing can feel like learning a new language when you're doing it for the first time, and honestly, asking questions and wanting things to be just right is exactly what we're here for. Thank you again for trusting us with your project. We can't wait to see what you create next! 💙
