Everything was quick, fast, and smooth and I love how you sent packaging materials. And even though u had to revise your offer, it was STILL a very nice price!

My phone screen was cracked and half of the screen you couldn't see anything even though the touch screen still worked. I thought I would only be able to junk the phone. Other places offered me $10-15 for the phone. I got $72 for my phone here. The process was very easy. I requested packing materials which came a few days later, sent my phone in, and then about 1-2 weeks later I had money in my venmo account.

This is a really great service. Communication is great. Very friendly and helpful. Also, payment for what you’re selling is very fast. Depending on what time your item is delivered to them, the payment can be the same day or else definitely the next day. I’m so glad I chose to go with SmartphonesPLUS. I’d definitely use them again.

Got the first payment but did not get the 2nd after a revised offer. Im very disappointed in this company. No response to multiple emails. I will not use this company again. It might just be 38 bucks but it’s the principle of it. I sold them two phones. They revised the offer from 60 to 38 stating the phone had damage. Phone was in good condition when sent. I insured the package before sending it. They claimed deep scratches in the screen. Sent pictures of it and revised the offer. When I asked questions about it, I got no answer. Two days later and still no response. They owe me 38 bucks or need to return the phone.

Fair price, easy to use rating system on old phone plus the overall experience was just easy. Great communication.

This is the only source I will use from now on to resale my cell phones.
