The process was well explained, easy to follow, and SmartphonesPLUS followed up on every step, doing exactly what they promised. To be truthful, I was surprised that everything went as advertised. I'm now a permanent customer for disposing of older devices.

The original $10 offer was not revised, and the full quoted amount was paid.
