Was fast and efficient. Got my label emailed. Sent it off. They sent me a notification after they received it. A few days later got my payment issued.

Traded in with them one time just to try their service out. Pricing and everything seems good. Customer service is also fast and responsive, but they seem to be non-existent past noon. Took them roughly 3 days, which is ok, but payment takes quite a while. Still waiting on the payout...
