The Representative makes all the difference.
Several factors impressed me about your company. Your representative, Kim, could not have been more professional. She was also compassionate, patient and really listened to what my needs were. She has amazing people skills and knew how to ease my fear, stress and embarrassment. I am 75 years old and I have spoken with many representatives from many companies....Kim is by far The Best!!
