Adrian is extremely efficient, his customer service skills are very down to earth, he is very polite and we have been extremely happy not only with the product but also the customer service that we receive when we call every two weeks. They are quick to respond to orders and they have a good solid product and following. I have dealt with them over the years and they are always consistent and try to develop new products.

I ordered the product on March 29th (Thursday) and did not receive it until Tues April 10th, well past the 7-10 day window even if you don't count weekends

here in just days ...just what I like.

The site is user friendly and I received my complete order on time.

The shipping speed is unacceptable. They only ship ground from Florida so if you are on the west coast it will take at least a week. I have been waiting 7 days for my order. Why don't you ship from your LA store for west coast orders. At least offer faster shipping instead of not giving your customers any choice.
