What an incredible rescue story! It is so heartwarming to hear that these two kittens are now living the dream and getting the "best chance possible" with a fresh, high-protein diet. Kittens grow at such a rapid pace, and providing them with nutrient-dense food like Smalls is the perfect way to support their developing bones, muscles, and immune systems. Thank you for being their hero and for choosing us to help fuel their growth. We are so honored to be part of their journey from a dumpster to a happy, healthy life 😸

That is so wonderful to hear! We are thrilled that your kitty is enjoying Smalls and, most importantly, that they are back to a consistent eating routine. Sometimes all a cat needs is that shift to fresh, real protein to get their appetite back on track. There is such a peace of mind that comes with seeing them finish their bowl and knowing they're getting the high-quality nutrition they deserve 😸

It is so great to hear that your cat has found his "soulmate" flavor with the chicken! It’s a huge relief that he’s stabilized and feeling more "calm and restful" on Smalls. That’s a classic sign that his body is finally getting the right balance of protein. I also appreciate you being so candid about the Sampler experience. It’s disappointing when a picky eater ignores over half the box! While we try to provide a wide variety so you can test every protein, it sounds like the "packing error" actually worked out in your favor this time since he’s such a chicken superfan. You hit the nail on the head regarding the shipping costs! Many of our customers find that bumping up to a larger box size with fewer frequent deliveries is the smartest way to make the math work. By hitting that free shipping threshold, you're putting your money toward the high-quality food rather than the transit 😸

We are so sorry to hear that your delivery was stolen, but we are thrilled that our team was able to get a replacement to you so quickly! No cat should have to wait for their favorite meals, and we’re glad we could save you a trip to the store. It is also wonderful to hear that your cat has been feeling healthier since making the switch. Stories like yours—both about your cat’s wellness and our team's support—are exactly what we strive for. Thank you for being such a valued part of Smalls.

Thank you so much for being such a loyal customer of Smalls over the last few years. There is truly no better feeling than having your cats "ace" their yearly exams and bloodwork. It is the ultimate confirmation that the high-quality, fresh nutrition they're getting is supporting them exactly where it counts. Plus, having the softest coats, zero shedding, and less smelly litter box visits are some of the best "side effects" we could hope for. We are so grateful for your kind words about our team and the ease of our delivery process. We work hard to make sure the experience for the humans is just as great as the food is for the kitties 😸

Twenty years young! That is absolutely remarkable. Thank you so much for sharing such an inspiring update with us. Knowing that she has been enjoying Smalls for the past four years and is still leaping onto furniture and navigating stairs with ease at 20 is the best news we could hear. It truly speaks to her resilience and the power of high-quality nutrition in supporting a senior cat's mobility and vitality. She is definitely living her absolute best life! I'm also so glad you're finding the easy-open packaging helpful. We know that convenience matters just as much as quality when it's time for breakfast and dinner. We are honored to be part of her journey into her second decade 😸

That is an absolutely incredible transformation! Thank you so much for sharing your story. Over-grooming is often a sign of skin sensitivities or stress, frequently triggered by the fillers and artificial ingredients. Seeing his hair grow back is the best evidence that his body is finally getting the clean, high-quality nutrition it needs to thrive from the inside out. That extra-shiny coat is just the cherry on top—a clear sign of those healthy fats and proteins at work 😸

Thank you so much for the high recommendation! It is wonderful to hear that the changes in your cat have been so noticeable. We are so happy to have you and your healthy kitty as part of Smalls 😸
