It seems like the quality of your products are good but my cat just sort of likes them but doesn’t love them. I keep trying different ways. Now the packaging: the packaging is terrible! Plastics are terrible for everyone & I’ve never been able to open one with the peel back tab. Not even close! Neither can my husband so what’s up with saying you can pull it apart?!! I use scissors & do my best to scrape all the food out. Yuck!!

I have been using the Smalls company for almost 6 months now and highly recommend! Great company with an excellent product selection. My 23 year old cat Zeke took to the food immediately and it has helped to keep his health and appetite up (the fresh ground, frozen food). I use the auto-ship option every 6-8 weeks; it is super convenient, food shows up fresh and frozen each time and the subscription is easy to manage and edit from month to month. Definitely worth giving a try for your cat(s).

I was notified they were shipping our cat food and we weren't going to be home to receive it. They delayed for a few days and that helped so much.... Not being able to get hold of them on the phone was frustrating, but they answered my email very quickly. Great customer service.

When I started my trial I received a variety of food. I tried giving Kiki the food made from cow and she didn’t like it. My second order was already being sent before I knew she didn’t like it. I reached out to customer service and they basically told me there was nothing they could do and suggested I donate the food she refused to eat. When I said I was worried she would run out of food they offered to send me some kibble for an additional charge. I stated I was disappointed with my experience I was told it would be forwarded to management but I never heard anything. My thought is that since she was still in trial phase I would not have known she didn’t like the food and the company did not stand behind that. That being said she does like the other foods offered and I certainly learned my lesson and made sure she will not get anything she doesn’t like from now on. She is going to run out of food before her next shipment but not much I can do about that.

When you purchase a trial order through Smalls, you are also signing up for a recurring subscription that starts two weeks after your trial purchase. Smalls.com offers high quality, fresh, balanced meals for our beloved Savannah cat. Our feline looks forward meal time 2x daily and seems to very much enjoy this time of her daily routine. There aren't many companies that provide this service for cats and there are far fewer companies that can provide the high level of standards Smalls.com is providing. I am grateful Smalls cares about the well-being of cats' diets and delivers orders efficiently and on time. I highly recommend Smalls if you are looking for the best feline diet that is made of high quality meats and nutrients. Customer service has been responsive and friendly to all my questions.

I have never had better customer service! I have an old fur baby with a chronic medical condition and she is very finicky. I reached out for help and received great advice and follow phone calls. It’s a great, healthy product and the company provides amazing customer support. I highly recommend Smalls.
