No offensive words necessary! We have purchased appliances from Slyman several times and the sales, delivery, service and installation have always been top-notch. This time Matt knew all about the model of microwave I was interested in, even the comparative strength of the fan. Every time I go to Slyman, I realize what is lacking at the big box stores. So I feel completely satisfied.
