It is excellent and efficient but the creative application of the requirements needs some work. I suggest the follow-up comments be accompanied by a call or have a direction approval call before the comments stage.

Hidden charges. I was charged even though I barely used slidebean. And no refund either it seems. Pathetic.

Hi Madiha, I'm unsure of what hidden charges you are mentioning. As with most subscriptions, our plans automatically renew unless terminated by the user. Used their slide redesign service. Really poor results. Don't follow very basic design principles such as alignment, consistent font size. The sole purpose of hiring a design company is to make the slides look better, more readable, and more organized and they failed in all aspects
