Sleephones are sooo comfortable! They paired with my phone easily and now I use them almost every night. I like the lightweight fabric I chose (not the fleece, don't remember their name for it...."breeze"?)

Got the Breeze version along with new cords for my fleece headband. I find the Breeze cooler but much more slippery. I don't want the band across my forehead but just up onto the hair. It tends to ride down. Also the thinner fabric makes the speakers much more prominent in the band and can be very uncomfortable to sleep on unless adjusted just right. I usually have to take them off to continue to sleep.

Dear Carol, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with your SleepPhones®! We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty You can find our sizing chart along with a demonstration video on how to find the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing We would suggest the RunPhones® fabric as it is a lighter weight material that stays on better than the Breeze material in my personal opinion. If you are unsure how to remove and reinsert the speakers you can find a demonstration video on our site at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqTVbLvjDNk If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!

I purchased new speakers for my sleep phone head band and realized that it's the actual plug in module that is not working. So I'm disappointed that there is no exchange or credit for defective module product.

Amazing idea and super great for calming music before bed (in a side sleeper so it's even better). Sometimes I have to adjust the headphone pieces quite a bit to get them in the right location, and then I have to shift over the Bluetooth box. Not the end of the world now that I'm used to it, but it was definitely frustrating at first.

SleepPhones have helped me improve my sleep by allowing me to listen comfortably to stories, meditations, and music before falling asleep. No longer do I leave the television on with a sleep timer.

Thank you for my sleep phones. I love them and highly recommend them. The companies outreach to those who went through hurricane Harvey was unexpected and so greatly appreciated! Thank you again.

TL;DR Outstanding product and customer support! I've owned the classic, wireless, and effortless models. I use them with Brain.fm's sleep mode, and couldn't be happier. At first, I had a delivery issue with USPS, but Jenna quickly and kindly made it right! After pairing the SleepPhones Effortless with my iPhone 7 Plus and using them a couple times, I started experiencing an issue where the SleepPhones would connect, but did not appear as a sound output device, sound would only come from the iPhone speakers. They continued to work fine with my MacBook Pro. After a bit of research, I determined that this was an iPhone issue, not a SleepPhones issue. I was able to resolve the issue by turning on Airplane Mode, turning off my phone, turning it back on, and turning off Airplane Mode.
