Ordered twice and have had a good experience. Because they had what I wanted and did perform well i was not worried about price. I shop because of my perceived value not based on price only so I give them good marks.

I bought a Philips Respironics DreamStation Go Travel APAP and travel kit from sleepdirect.com in mid Dec 2018. Delivery was prompt. Note, they required a doctor's prescription to confirm the online order. Even though it was an APAP, they adjusted the setting to my prescription. The machine worked very well. I also spoke with customer service, who was able to confirm that this travel APAP will work with the normal sleep masks that I use with my typical bed side unit (they have an adapter to fit the standard face mask to the travel unit's tubing). I am pleased with the travel APAP as it connects via Bluetooth to the smartphone App. There is no issue/concern with the noise level of the travel APAP unit. Thus, I am able to get nightly sleep stats on quality of sleep, number of apnea occurences and leakage of mask.

Only problem, I didn't buy this product a long time ago.

The customer service was great. They called me right away after I just bought the product to ask what type of C-pap machine I had so they could make sure that I had ordered the correct product. Product was delivered fast and was easy to understand how to operate. I love my SoClean machine and now I have the sleep that I have been wanting for decades. I just wish the product didn't cost so much so that more people could have fresh air for sleeping.

Arrived on schedule, setup was easy with only one hitch... I used the supplied parts and basically ended up creating a pump which emptied my humidifier chamber onto the floor as soon as I turned the cpap machine on. Totally my fault but the directions could be a bit clearer on that issue. As far as the SoClean itself... very pleased with the purchase and it's functions.

Very good equipment and prompt, courteous service. I would recommend this product to anyone using a c-pap. It's easy to use, and my mask and tubing certainly smell clean.
