I had an excellent purchase experience with sleep direct. They were also very helpful when I called on the telephone with some questions.

My order was delayed because of USPS Parcel Locker..... I had no idea that I had been assigned a Parcel Locker by the USPS so this was new to me and delayed obtaining my purchase. Had to go to the Post Office and find out where the Parcel Locker was and how to use the key assigned to me to open the locker. I know this is safer but not as quick as deliver to my front door.

Excellent experience with customer service agent, shipping and product. I recommend Sleep Direct to everyone!
