Ordered on a Friday afternoon and recieved my order the following Monday!! About 4 weeks faster than the supply company my doctor referred me to.

My address did not get updated in the system when I placed my order. I noticed while traveling when I received the shipping confirmation. With one email, a new part was shipped to my new address so would not be without my part. Best customer service every time I order!

SleepDirect.com provided me the best price for a new ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet CPAP and heated hose, free and fast delivery, and excellent communication. I couldn't hope for better.

No kidding, my phone rang with in 60 seconds of submitting my order to confirm that I had the correct equipment (I did not). Extremely helpful and professional! The travel CPAP was at my door the next day!
