customer service Customer service is awesome. I sent a e-mail that my cpap machine was making a low humming sound asked if their was anything I could do to fix it. I got a quick response that asked for the s/n # of cpap machine. The next e-mail said a new machine was on its way. It arrived 2 days later. Very satisfied customer

Excellent customer service
I had some issues with an order I had placed, but I was able to get it sorted out quite rapidly via email through their customer service. It's nice to know that if something does happen there are people available who can help.
