I use the C-PAP cleaning machine every day. I am hoping, you run a special on your new travel Portable C-PAP system I saw on your website. I am a 100 % disabled veteran and your new travel system would be a great help

The shipping is a little pricey
The shipping is a little pricey, but overall great product quality. Also saves me time by not having to disassemble and clean my APAP weekly.

Something Doesn’t Fit Right
I was a little confused. I used my usual credit card. When I received the statement, it showed CPADirect.com as the Payee. I couldn’t mentally link to CPADirect.com so I looked them up only to find that CPADirect.com is For Sale. Alarm bells were going off in my head and I was looking to cancel the transaction and report possible identity theft - when I connected SleepDirect.com with the amount I had been charged. All turned out OK; but, I’m not comfortable enough to buy using my credit card again. Something doesn’t fit right.

Dave - we are very sorry for any confusion that may have been caused. We actually run two websites; sleepdirect.com & cpapdirect.com. I'm looking into the reason why you would have purchased on Sleep Direct yet your credit card showed CPAP Direct. A point of clarification, CPAP Direct is not for sale as we own and operate that site. Please feel free to send an email to sales@sleepdirect and ask to speak to our General Manger.
