Working with this company was great, it was the mask itself. I have used sleepweaver masks for years, this is the 1st time getting this one. Would not recommend it as it leaks & the clasps don't stay attached so the side straps keeping coming apart. For what I paid, very disappointed

Hi Sharon - I'm happy to hear you had a good experience working with our company. Not too sure what might be going on with that mask. If you used another one that worked well for you, we highly recommend that you stay with that (although, we understand the desire to try new things).

My sleep doc recommends changing the CPAP filters once a week, and it is easiest just to get them through you than to argue with my local Medicare approved CPAP supplies provider, which supplies half my new need. I will look more closely at your other offerings because I am happy with the speed and efficiency of my order delivery. Thank you so much!

Everything arrived safely and intact. The instructions were great if you read them with the machines close by.
