Excellent service and kind delivery team

I found Raj to be cheerful, polite and thoughtful. The delivery service was the same which indicates to me this is a top down company that respects its employees- Everyone I either talked on the phone with or met in person ( ie delivery team, were happy and funny and kind. Service was great all around.

Dominic Reis the sales rep was super knowledgeable and gave us valuable advice. He was also very patient and allowed us to take our time trying all our options and helped us to understand what the best tension and configuration would be for us. The showroom had a good variety of models available for us to try. We found the perfect model to suit our needs.

Sleep365 really came through for me! My mom has severe osteoporosis and has been having a lot of pain and needed a new bed quickly. Antoinette at the Burlingame store jumped on this right away and made sure we get got the right bed as fast as possible. Her follow up and that of the company in total was great. They have definitely earned a loyal customer in me.
