The staff is good, although they're being manipulated by an agency that, in my opinion, isn't being honest. The offer wasn't fully honored, as we couldn't take the last flight due to the agency's failure to deliver; the departure time for the outbound flight was also changed. These offers are very unreliable, leaving a bad taste, almost like a scam. They promised to issue a refund, which I have not yet received.

Scammer., My name didn’t appear on the flight list and I had to purchase new ticket. I tried to connect with skyday agent and I can see them reading my messages but not responding. Be aware, I would pay extra and get legit service, lesson learned.

Fraudulent Scammers! False 3rd party, they have absolutely no partnership with the airlines nor have tickets. They clone their fake site with new names, like these: skydaytravel . com, thejerseyflights . com, lookupvacations . com & this travdel . us

We’re truly sorry to hear that you still feel unhappy after your case has been fully resolved. However, we’re sorry you feel this way, but we’d like to clarify the facts: You have already received a full refund for your booking to your original payment method. After that, you also disputed the same charge, which resulted in additional penalties that our company absorbed. Skyday Travel never keeps anyone’s money — in fact, scammers never issue refunds, but we did. All transactions were processed securely through authorized airline systems, and we have full documentation confirming this. Airfares are dynamic, and prices can change at any time based on airline availability. This can sometimes cause confusion when fares change between the time of inquiry and ticket issuance. We understand your frustration and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused, however, we assure you and all readers that we handled this booking and refund transparently, lawfully, and in full accordance with airline and banking procedures. Best regards, Skyday Travel Support Team
