They purposely do not allow you to cancel their subscriptions. It says there is a link but then you cannot “cancel” .
Response from Skyandsol· Oct 26, 2026
We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how important it is to have an easy cancellation process. Our team will look into this and help get it sorted out as soon as possible. 💛

False Advertising. I recently bought the Sky & Sol SPF 50 sunscreen specifically because it advertises as 25% zinc oxide on its website. The product came on time but to my disappointment it is only 15%. If they have changed their formula they really need to be honest and change the information online.
Response from Skyandsol· Oct 26, 2026
We’re sorry for the disappointment and understand your concern about the difference in zinc oxide content. We take product transparency seriously, and our team will look into this and review the information on our website to ensure it’s accurate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. 💛

Terrible product and customer service. The website clearly states the face and body sunscreen has an spf of 25% which is the ONLY reason I purchased 3 of this item. I received them today and the package says it’s only 17.60%. UV sun protection only works on spf of 18% and higher. So this website has false advertisement. When I reached out to their support team and requested a refund they essentially just told me they have changed the amount and it’s no longer 25% even though their website still states it is. Horrible company and product. Will never purchase nor recommend.

Long time customer and I normally purchase from the Sky & Sol on Amazon. Recently purchased 3 tubes of moisturizer and received them in the old tubes. I prefer the new updated tubes because I feel the product is newer. I simply asked Sky & Sol customer service if they could do anything about swapping them out and they refused. Long time customer who is now going to move on to a diferent brand over a simple request!

I ordered a over priced $50 sun tan oil. Waited and waited finally found a way to reach out to them which wasnt easy and everytime I wanted to track the package it sent me to their website vs tracking, then found out it was a hour away from my home and no delivery date could be givin, reached out over and over they finally said give it 48 hrs, that would of meant a month later. I canceld my order, and all I got was lip service. Bad customer service and delivery time

We're really sorry about all this, the tracking issues, the vague delivery window, having to reach out repeatedly just to get an answer. That's frustrating, and we get why you cancelled. We're working on making our shipping and support better so this doesn't happen again. Thanks for being honest with us.

I just placed a pricey order for products in May and paid $49 for a one-year membership to get a discount. Only a month later, they emailed me to say my membership was cancelled. They offered a 75% discount on about 5 products that I don’t use as a consolation. When I complained, they said they would not refund my membership because I received the benefits of membership ONE TIME. Completely greedy and classless way to run a business. UPDATE: SkyandSol replied to my review and encouraged me to give them more information, making it appear that they would review the matter. I did that before submitting the above review on Trustpilot. In full transparency, here’s the reply that I received: “I completely hear your frustration, and I truly appreciate you sharing your thoughts so openly with us. It is never our intention to make our most loyal supporters feel this way, especially when you have been such a fan of our Everything Cream Kraft Bag. Regarding the membership program ending, I understand your curiosity. While I don’t have any additional information to share regarding the decision at this time, I can say that we’re incredibly grateful for the members like you who supported the program. Your feedback means a lot, and I have made sure to pass it along to our team. For further assistance or more specific questions regarding the membership sunset and the discount code, please feel free to reach out to [email address deleted]. I also noticed you mentioned the membership fee from your order in May. Because the membership benefits, including the upfront discounts and rewards you received on that order, were issued immediately at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund for the membership fee itself. We value your loyalty more than words can say, and I want to ensure your voice is heard regarding the product selection and this transition. 🙂 Once again, thank you for reaching out to us. Have a fantastic day.“ In other words, we have your money and we aren’t giving it back but we’re sooooo excited that you love our products!

I ordered 2 sunscreens, i have ordered before, and like the product. I received the order 3 weeks later, and they sent moisturizer instead. I have reached out multiple times via email ( the only way i can find) and had no response. I sent a request through shopify as well, so i have to blackball their customer service as being difficult to contact and unresponsive. Well, it turns out i ordered from a third party site when i thought it was sky and sol, i should have recognised the email as a fraudulent one! I hereby retract any negative comments about sky and sol, when i finally contacted them directly, they set me straight, i do like their product. The fraudulent email was not allowed to be posted here

Hello Thaddeus, Thanks for reaching out. We do not see your order or email in our database. What link did you purchase from? We are battling counterfeit websites and your input would be helpful.
