SkillGigs is an easy-to-use talent marketplace, using expert-matching technology to pair healthcare, technology and digital professionals to personalized job openings every day. With each response, our AI technology learns from your preferences to offer even more specific matches. We call this process bidding. Once your professional profile is complete, we start matching relevant job listings to you. The more you respond with “Interested” or “Not Interested,” the more likely you are to receiving the perfect job. You call the shots. You pick which jobs are interesting to you. We’ll do the rest. This is the future of recruiting. We are not a job board OR staffing agency, which means no recruiters. Our technology does the heavy-lifting by matching your profile to job openings.

No communication between teams. I would be called, texted or messaged between 3 or 4 teams every day and it would be the same job opportunity. I had a good recruiter and then once he was promoted, all the recruiters I dealt with really had no idea what was going on with me or my situation. This made me repeat myself to each and every recruiter that called. This was ultimately why i will no longer be using this company for further travel jobs.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. SkillGigs is definitely intended to operate as a marketplace where you, as the user, have full reign of control in viewing bids and opportunities. In an effort to support our healthcare professionals, we have had to adapt and adopt new practices quickly. We'd welcome the opportunity to help you again and prove to you we have improved. If you'd like to discuss further, please reach out to [email protected].
