The SiPhox Health rep was incredibly helpful. Not only did I get a quick email reply to my question, the issues were addressed quickly! A couple of the mistakes were mine and the rep was very kind and thoughtful in her replies.

Well packaged test kit with clear instructions. I uploaded a prior blood test and had recommendations. Sent out my first samples today. 3 small vials and no problem at all.

Easy to use- the staff members via the live call made it super easy to draw the sample and package it up and ship it correctly. But the online portal where you see the results and what the results mean is fantastic. Why does my medical insurance and my PCP provide data like this. These results are easy to understand. I am really glad I did this. Totally worth thr money!!
