Supply constraints made things challenging, but they were very accommodating. More proactive communication would have pushed it to 5 stars, but overall it was a good purchasing experience.

Great products and great suppport.

Love the fact that SimplyNUC contacted me to explain the impact of the chip shortages and give me some additional options based on systems they already had in stock. I actually ended up buying two, since I needed a new desktop PC and a new lab system! The configuration options are fantastic and I love that there are hat options - I haven't seen those offered anywhere else. Delivery was also super fast and smooth.

I have been building Intel and AMD gaming pc’s for over 30 years. I was intrigued by the new ‘small form factor’ pc’s. I went back and forth with trying to decide if I wanted an Intel 11, or, an AMD RYZEN in a mini pc. I finally went with a Simply Nuc Ruby 8. I AM AMAZED, BLOWN AWAY! It is literally mind blowing that I am getting the performance from a 2” high, 4” wide machine that rivals full desktop pc’s that I have recently built. AMAZED! Get one of these NOW!! Call directly and ask for the salesperson named, Piper. He knows his stuff and will HOOK YOU UP! I am going to buy many more of these to replace my desktops!!!

The model of NUC was back ordered - but RACHEL VINCENT of Sales reached out to offer to help get something comparable and literally immediately. We went back and forth over 7+ emails - but she helped get it done. The ordered shipped, was received and works great. Under promised - over delivered!

Excellent, but some of the motherboard internal cables were disconnected or not ready, and they should have been.
