So sorry you were disappointed with the size of your snacks. We do only sell single serving snacks. We appreciate your feedback!

I have received the email stating that I am eligible for 10 free snacks. I placed my order and about 30 minutes later, the order was cancelled as I am a contractor, and apparently contractors aren't eligible for this program. So, I shouldn't even gotten the email from from the get-go. Sorry, no 5 stars for you.

Hi, so sorry to hear that you were not able to obtain your order. We did not cancel your order, your company that you are doing contract work for did. We will reach out to them and see if we can fulfill your order.

The quality of the fruit is not as good as i would like.

Thank you for your review. We order fruit from your local grocery store via instaCart in order to provide the most fresh produce we can. That being said, sometimes the fruit is not to Simpalo Snacks standards. We would be happy to reorder you an order to see if that produce would be of better quality. We will reach out to you soon.

We are so sorry. We use Instacart for fruit delivery, and it was late. We have reached out to refund part of your order, and do apologize for the unfortunate circumstances of this order. We will endeavor to do better!

I accidentally selected 13 items and the system did not alert to the mistake. Instead the vendor removed the only beverage and most expensive item i selected. Ideally the system should have said one item too many or you should have contacted me to see which item to remove.

Thank you for your feedback! That is true, we are working on adding that functionality, but have not yet added it. We will reach out to you to send you snacks that you wanted. Guess what!! Simpalo Snacks just added that capability. This will not happen again! Thank you for your feedback.

We received a few snacks that had expiration dates in less than a few days from when we received the order. Some bars are completely crushed and stuck to its wrapper. Quality of snacks has been lower than expected lately.

Sorry to hear that your last few orders have not been at Simpalo Snacks quality. We will reach out to you to replace or refund the snacks you have received. Thank you for your feedback.

The fruits that were delivered specifically the pears were all bad and had mold
Response from Simpalo Snacks· Oct 12, 2023
Thank you for letting us know about the pears that were delivered to your office. We deliver fruit from a nearby grocery store, and sometimes the shopper misses bad produce. We will reach out to you to either refund or replace the bad fruit. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Order placed 5/18 delivery date changed 3 times. Items arrived 5/30 and products tasted stale. Never had a problem before and items always arrived quickly not sure why this happened.
Response from Simpalo Snacks· Jun 8, 2023
Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Upon looking at your order it appears that your order was "lost" in transit by UPS for about 5 days. It appears to have taken over 11 days to arrive. Not sure if that is why the Appleways bars tasted stale or not. The Appleways bars are baked, and therefore have a very short expiration date. Either way, we want to make it up to you. We will reach out and make this right. Thanks and Happy Snacking!
