Hi Nicole, Thanks so much for your honest feedback. Our sympathies are with you as we truly understand how awful it feels to receive items that weren't as promised in terms of quality. As much as we try to keep it a 100 for you, some factors like manufacturing defects can be out of our control at times and we would like to sincerely apologize to you for for falling short of giving you the most ideal of experiences. We do have accurate size charts for each item on the site so our clients can find their proper measurements. It may be possible that the items you had purchased run small or perhaps have smaller measurements. However, if you would still like to return the items, we have sent you a free return label via the email address used to purchase your items so that you can send them back at no cost to you. Please look out for an email from us and we can gladly get that sorted for you. We truly hope you give us a second chance, and look forward to getting this sorted for you as soon as we can. Hi Chestina, Thanks so much for your honest feedback, and for bringing this to our attention. I've had a look and it seems your order for the Breathable Sneakers had been delayed in production due to a technical issue at the manufacturer. However, we have since rectified the issue and your order is in production and on it's way to you as we speak. Please kindly note that your order is currently being fast tracked and should be shipped anytime soon. We understand that you were looking forward to receiving your order before you left on holiday and for that we immensely apologize for the delay.
