The customer service was disappointing at first, there is no phone number to talk to a real person. However, once I relented to using the texting system and learned how to use it (took me the second submital as there was not a box that was filled out that was hidden by the phone screen not being large enough) the customer service was fast complete and included recommendations. The problem was resolved quickly with a full explanation of how to prevent the problem from recurring.

Most of the connections were intriguing.

Support was exceedingly fast, asked for a profile name change. Within minutes it was done.

My problem, probably my fault, was resolved quickly.
