Absolutely INSANITY trying to get them to honor their stated warranty. The bot they've added to Amazon is poorly trained and ends the conversation before you can finish updating it. Once you give them the nameplate on the back, the order number, the model number, and a stinking VIDEO of the issue, they come back and want you to find the user manual that came with the device and take a picture of that too. NO! HONOR YOUR WARRANTY. This is the second device I've purchased that has had issues in under a year. What a way to ruin your reputation!

I'VE ONLY HAD MINES FOR A FEW MONTH AND THEY DIDN'T SEND THE BASKET OR ICE SCOOPER SO THEY HAD TO SEND ME ONE AND NOW MY ICE MAKER IS COMPLETELY BROKE AND THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP EVEN AFTER I GIVE THEM THE ORDER NUMBER MODEL NUMBER AND MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM CAUSE THEY WON'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP GET ANOTHER ONE!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - MY FRIEND PURCHASED ONE OF THERE MACHINES FOR ME THAT DID NOT LAST BUT FOR A WEEK. THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO HELP ME WITH MY ISSUE.....I HAVE PURCHASED A TOTAL OF 2 OF THE UNIT OF MY OWN FOR FRIENDS AND THEY HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES - BUT SINCE MY FRIEND PURCHASED THIS ONE FOR ME I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT ORDER NUMBER THAT THEY ARE REQUESTING...BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The product stopped working a yr after it was purchased. I thought it was due to missing the filter (it was accidentally thrown out) so I ordered new filters - they took 2 months to arrive - and they still didn't fix the problem. I was told my product was out of warranty and I could receive 10% off another purchase. Why would I purchase this brand again? To have it break in year?

Company was very receptive and quick to respond to my ask. Appreciate their customer service skills!

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. We received this ice maker as a wedding anniversary gift from my husband’s 96-year-old aunt just three weeks ago. We were excited to use it, but after carefully reading the instruction manual, allowing the unit to sit upright for the recommended time, and following every setup instruction exactly as directed, the ice maker never worked. I contacted customer service immediately. They asked me to provide photos and additional information, which I did promptly. After several emails and troubleshooting steps, they ultimately refused to help because I could not provide the original purchase receipt. The ice maker was a gift from an elderly family member, and I am not willing to burden or upset a 96-year-old woman by asking her to locate a receipt for something she gave us as a thoughtful anniversary present. I explained this to the company, but they would not make any exception. We were not asking for a refund. We simply wanted to exchange a brand-new, defective product for one that actually works. Standing behind your product should mean more than requiring a receipt when there is clear evidence the item is essentially brand new and has never functioned. The company had photos, troubleshooting information, and proof that we attempted to resolve the issue in good faith, yet they chose not to help. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a defective product and no resolution. Based on both the product quality and the lack of customer support, I cannot recommend this company.
