We looked up a list of companies in this area and find we are so fortunate to have settled on Shred Nation. From the time we called for an appointment until the driver left after completing the job we were so pleased with the experience; they were so thorough and professional it was a pleasure to work with them. A special thanks to the very pleasant and friendly gentleman that showed up at our door and completed the job. Thank you once again.

Local supplier, Pro Shred called immediately with a good price. I have a couple of other quotes coming in, but will probably give him the business.

This was absolutely not the product that you advertised. I called for a quote, the woman took my information in order to provide a quote, and instead of receiving a quote for shredding services I got an email that names two other companies who I have to call now. Terrible. You're not providing a service, you're just a middle man taking people's information. Take me off your database.
Response from Shred Nations· Mar 5, 2015
Dear Miriam - Thank you for taking my call today. I sincerely apologize that the way our service works was not properly communicated to you when you called. As I explained, we instantly send you a "biography" page of a few shredding providers in our network that service your particular zip code. At the same time, the shredding providers are being notified about your request for service. Shortly thereafter, a representative from each provider should be in direct contact with you to go over security, availability and pricing. This way, you can make one call and quickly get competing quotes from local providers who guarantee efficiency, security and immediacy - all at the best possible price. Your valuable feedback allows us to coach our newer phone representatives on best practices and we appreciate and take seriously your comments. Keep in mind that, if we are able to service your needs to your expectations, you can go back and amend your star rating to reflect it. Thank you again for allowing us to correct this issue. Please let me know if you need any further assistance with your sensitive document shredding needs. Sincerely, Erik Larsen Shred Nations Customer Care 800-747-3365 x214
