Easy to use website. Nice array of alcohols for purchase. Great delivery service.

The product was delivered on time as expected with prior notice given two days before delivery. The packaging protected the glass bottles and prevented any movement or contact.

Other than the fact that every time I order they send the bottles wrapped in 100 tons of bubble wrap ( bad for the environment ) and then in plastic bags ( also bad) but what makes it worse is that the bottles always leak leaving me with less product and wet boxes EVERYTIME. Why can you all not use compostable wine containers and get rid of the "plastic"

I would liked tracking information to see if my gift was received

It has taken forever for me to get product that I ordered. More than two weeks and still haven't received anything! Not sure what the delay is?
