Put actual notices of your hosting change instead of just a email most people don't look at

I had an issue with permissions for my admins and I made a ticket, after one response from the team again after they requested information from me, i sent them what they needed. this has already been a week since i first made a ticket and they closed it and didnt help, might be changing services
