Customer service at Kitchen Mama was fabulous!! I had an issue with my salt and pepper shakers that were given to me as a Christmas gift - and Mandy and Nicca were THE BEST! checking back with me and following through on making sure I was happy with the product! 100% satisfied. I am very happy with the support I received from Kitchen Mama's Nicca and Cara. My opener was a few days over the one-year warranty, and after trying to troubleshoot the problem, they sent me a new one. Me and my arthritic hands are very happy!

My kitchen mama ended up messing up and the customer service jumped in and tried to figure out a way to fix it and ended up sending me a new one. The support team is awesome! Quick to respond. They gave instructions on what to do. When none of that worked they sent a replacement with in 2 days. It is so nice to have a company back their product. Kitchen Mama’s can opener is so convenient. No sharp edges and the magnetic holds on to the lid when it is cut open. Best can opener we have ever had.
