I purchased an item on January 15th with an expected delivery time of 5 days. As of Today (Feb 26th) I have not yet received my item and they do not want to give me a refund. Stay away from this shop.
Response from Shopenzer· Feb 28, 2021
Hi Miquel, Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Our delivery timelines have been mentioned in every product page to avoid misconceptions. Upon checking your order status, we see you delivery has failed on 10th Feb and the product has been redirected to the reshipment warehouse. We have also refunded your entire amount. Please write to us at [email protected] for further updates.

Hi Graham, Hope you're well. We see you have placed the order on 10th Feb. Kindly let us know if otherwise. There have been slight delays due to Spring Festival and the same has been notified in our website and during checkout in order to maintain transparency. We see your shipment has been collected by the local logistics partner from the airport and will be delivered shortly.
