The necklace itself is beautiful. I look forward to wearing it. I rated it a four as the necklace was 'broken' when I opened the box. It was easy to fix, which I did myself, and replacing the circular connecting the different pieces of the necklace. Your quality control should have caught this

I ordered a friendship bracelet, but on arriving realised it wouldn't fit an adults wrist. On contacting the firm I was in contact with Lexie who was extremely helpful and informed me I could keep the bracelet and order something else of the same value for free, which I thought was extremely good of her, I have since ordered some earrings but have yet to receive them, so will update once I receive them. Thank you Lexie for your excellent customer service and keeping me updated.
