Great Customer Service
We had an issue with our delivery. Although we searched for a full sized washer and dryer, we ended up with a compact size in the order. When we made them aware, the fix was to just leave the washer and dryer on the truck and take delivery of the kitchen appliances; a microwave, dishwasher and stove. We followed their instructions and a few days later got an email making us aware for the very first time of a $140 restocking fee and a $350 shipping fee to return the washer and dryer. Customer service reached out with a resolution to make sure we were happy with our delivery and for doing business with ShopAppliances.com - we have since referred others to the website for easy purchase and delivery.
