Delivery was slow. 3 1/2 weeks. Did not return any of my emails. Finally was able to chat online with an agent. Never got a tracking number. Might look elsewhere for a similar jacket in future. Nice jacket tho. I'm glad it arrived, because I saw your company had a poor rating and a lot of bad reviews.

The order never arrived on time

Recieved the jacket and found it was way too small even though I ordered my normal size. Got in touch with customer service and they offered to exchange the jacket or refund the full purchase price. I code the later and the money was back in my account the next day, thank you for being honest
