Amazing customer service and even more amazing shoes at unbelievable prices. I bought my wife a pair of Christian Louboutin boots at a fraction of the original retail cost, needless to say she LOVED them! My new favorite place to shop. Thank you!

shipping was ok. However, I ordered a pair of Louboutin booties that came with different box contents as my friends who placed an order for the same shoe. Her shoe arrived damaged, and my shoe has the wrong zipper on it! I contacted Christian Louboutin CS and they told me based on my description of the shoe to them that it is probably not genuine and that I should bring it into the store for the shoe to be destroyed. I had returned them 4 days ago to Shop375 in "perfect" condition ( exactly as I received them) and yet have I heard about my return. I am not sure if they sell real products or not but I do not trust them. Two stars just fro the benefit of the doubt

Hi Eileen, First of all I want to thank you for shopping with us and referring us to your friends. We offer gift cards as part of our customer loyalty program and we have issued yours for your referral. We did try to reach you by email to explain why this item is 100% authentic, despite the fact it was sourced from an authorized distributor of Christian Louboutin. It seems that Louboutin had been using generic "YKK" zippers until recently, it looks like they just switched over and they are now using their own branded zipper for the last few months. I will attach some screenshots and links below proving this. On Christian Louboutin's own website, they have the black Suzy with the "Louboutin" zipper and the white Suzy with the generic YKK zipper. Both Nordstrom and Mythersa have the black Suzy with the YKK zipper and Netaporter has the black Suzy with the Louboutin branded zipper. These are obviously all very reputable retailers selling the same product with different zippers. It means that either Louboutin makes two different versions of this boot, perhaps it depends on the factory that they were produced in, or Louboutin recently changed the zipper, but both are 100% authentic. We only source from highly trusted boutiques that we have been dealing with for years, we take authenticity very seriously. http://us.christianlouboutin.com/us_en/shop/women/suzi-folk-1.html?source=googleps&gclid=CjwKCAiA__HvBRACEiwAbViuU4dqD82lMhLI6OeInOQ26Dkxtw091h5Xobult5rkKROs0Cy-1kiEChoCY2IQAvD_BwE http://us.christianlouboutin.com/us_en/shop/women/suzi-folk-2.html?source=googleps&gclid=CjwKCAiA__HvBRACEiwAbViuU4JuP9Aw66U4aWEtuEQAcjrIuqoZMesg18B_53L-YdfR5ZlrHAv7HhoCpogQAvD_BwE https://shop.nordstrom.com/s/christian-louboutin-suzi-folk-spiked-bootie-women/5036758/lite?country=US¤cy=USD&&mrkgcl=760&mrkgadid=3313963690&utm_content=9383573633&utm_term=aud-327479598175:pla-316840525344&utm_channel=shopping_ret_p&sp_source=google&sp_campaign=645528200&rkg_id=0&adpos=2o5&creative=57187812113&device=c&matchtype=&network=g&gclid=Cj0KCQiAxfzvBRCZARIsAGA7YMxm6kNLAVDqQxX_XXndvw8q-9f92242bCHZ6JZFqtkVXIqN65uXJuQaAo-nEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds https://www.mytheresa.com/en-us/christian-louboutin-suzi-folk-85-leather-ankle-boots-1113894.html?rd=1 https://www.net-a-porter.com/us/en/product/1170053?gclsrc=aw.ds&cm_mmc=Google-ProductSearch-US--c-_-NAP_EN_US_PLA-_-NAP%C2%A0-%C2%A0US%C2%A0-%C2%A0GS%C2%A0-+Designer+-+Class_Shoes+-+Type_Boots%C2%A0-%C2%A0High%C2%A0-%C2%A0BT--Boots+-+Ankle_AM&gclid=CjwKCAiA__HvBRACEiwAbViuU4Tw4KD-KOsdZBqD9ybxFqpNSnW4WR1HW67FDrW0wsMlyc3HCal7vhoCALwQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds Again, I do apologize for the delay of the return as it was in the heart of the holiday season. There are no excuses for delays in shipments and returns but we do try our best and we do take action when the problem arises. I hope we have appeased your concerns and you give us another chance in the near future! All the best, Shop375 Customer Service Team
