Shop didn't know how much shipping would cost up front, more than once they had to refund and charge me more to compensate for higher shipping cost. Terrible user experience. Products still ok, but shop not so good

As a mouse producing company, not bad at all. High quality mice for the most part at great prices. To work with them as a creator, worst experience I’ve had to date.
