Love the springs, they saved my utv from needing to be sold

Great customer service, employees know there stuff!

Ernie and his team have provided excellent service! They are responsive, and even take the extra step to provide the right solution. When a challenge presented itself and I needed help, they went well beyond my expectations to assist me and make my experience and product perform to expectations.

Excellent product just as described and shipment was on time as promised.

The tender springs were easy to install, work great, only complaint is that they are noisy when the crossiver ring rubs the tender spring and the spring divider rubs the shock body causing wear on the shock body, I have tried repositioning and indexing the springs to no avail. I emailed Shock Therapy about this but got no reply.

Great product. Excellent communication. Prompt delivery.

The springs purchased for my Razor seem to work really well with it.
