We shipped about 20 items from Florida to our daughter in Syracuse and they did a great job with the estimate, pick-up and packaging. We did have one issue with a table that was broken and they stood behind it and paid for the repair.

I was an Army Transportation Officer for 7 years. Would have loved to have these folks in my unit. Great notice, reasonable price, extremely well packed and good coordination on the receiving end. No problems whatsoever!

Outstanding from beginning to delivery. Phone help completely great. My favorite part was the two mover dudes who were skilled, personable, and helpful in every way. The belongings arrived without a scratch and in a timely manner. This company made a difficult situation much better.

Amazing shipping company. Called another shipping company and they weren't able to do the ship as needed and gave me the number for Ship Smart and they were able to handle my request. Very pleased with Shop Smart.

It was not too expensive, however I expected my furniture to arrive clean. My sofa and love seat had candy behind the pillows, popcorn too and in general it was dirty..
