things went well except when it came to communication the was a lack thereof. Was told things were to be delivered between 10am and 2pm. I had people who took time out of their day and cancelled appointments to insure someone was home to receive. nobody communicated to me there were delays and nothing showed up till 4pm. Seems to me communication is not high on priority list.

All the people involed in my move where helpful and concerned about my move. That I felt secure with the way the move was proceding at all times . And made sure I felt that the final outcome was a fair one . over all I would use them agian if I needed to move .

Ship Smart recently packed up some small items for us for a move to a 2nd residence. Sean Jackson and his helper on this end were just the greatest! They handled everything with the upmost of care. On the receiving end, Alex and his helper were the same...very careful with our items, unpacked several of them and took away the packing. Everything had been well wrapped and not a single item was damaged in any way. The only small concern we had was with our estimate, we had to change a few things and thus did not know the amount until just before delivery which did end up being more than our anticipation, but worth the extra cost. We also did not know that even though our shipment had arrived in the new area, it was another week before delivery. This would have been helpful to know in advance. Highly recommended!

I had a very small move, with just a few pieces of very heavy furniture, and the guys moved it upstairs with no troubles.
