Excellent local packing firm packed everything perfectly, including a lot of fragile items which all arrived without any mishaps. Delivery cross-country was quick and inside delivery was perfect. ShipSmart made this very easy.

Ship Smart was the PERFECT solution for my family. I needed to get two heirloom pieces of furniture from Michigan to Maine and they made the process easy and effortless. The furniture was conveniently picked up in Michigan, carefully and professionally packaged, and then delivered to Maine in EXCELLENT condition. I highly recommend Ship Smart!

Ship Smart and Crate Tech did an excellent job preparing and shipping some of my parents' personal items to me.

Ship Smart provided superb service. The only recommendation I would make is to ensure customers are clearly informed shipping pallets are added to the weight and increases the cost. The pallets are the heavy duty kind (and I am glad they used these as they protect the furniture best) but they are heavy (about 50lbs each) and the additional cost was unexpected.
