Customer service was terrific
Customer service was terrific. Instructions were clear and helpful and I can't say enough for the service that we got in picking up and then delivering our luggage to our home. It made our move so easy. I will definitely use you again.

Great experience - simple, easy and delivered on time!
I had never used Ship & Play before, but decided to try it out to ship our skis and poles to our hotel in Vancouver. Setting up the shipment, dropping off and best of all picking up were all super simple and easy. Everything worked great and made it very convenient for us.
