They grab more info from you than they need, require 2FA every time you close the browser/log back in, have you verify a deposit amount anytime you add a card on file (forget using a prepaid card), etc. They are easy to use, but a pain in the backside to use.

They were great until the weren't. Package waybill has been created but not picked up yet 4 weeks later, 10 inquiries, 4 emails, 4 call unanswered, 1 call answered and no solution. Package value is $100 and zero responsibility is taken from them.

for 2 days i didnt receive answer until i had to make long distance call.shipping with FedEx was fast but little expensive plus 2 dollars commision

I made one order, paid for shipping to my home, but it only has some of the items. They tell me items from order can come in multiple packages and you have to pay for each one to ship even if you made one order from one shop.

Failed to resolve our initial enquiries properly or really assist in any tangible way when escalated! Just a waste of time with Disinformation and too much Delay! Disappointing.

The website UI isn't the best and can be confusing at times, but the worst part was how long it took to have my packages consolidated and sent. Then comes the shipping price which seemed way too high for the volume that needed to be sent. They used a box that could have easily fit 3x what I got.
