ShipMonkReviews of shipmonk.com

Seamless transition from old 3PL. The app is amazingly automated. Very easy to setup and start operations quickly. Bryce was very prompt in responding and resolving all queries on the go.

This 5 star review is for Amanda she is a fantastic worker very helpful very kind and very attentive to my needs. If she is the staff you are dealing with you can expect amazing support and customer service. Keep up the great work Amanda you are a star!!

We have been working with ShipMonk since this year. So far they have overexpect our expectation. Above all, I must praise their support in hearing our needs, helping us in areas where we have shortcomings and great service overall. Throughout this time I have come across a great and well put together team of people, I would especially like to highlight Bryce, Travis and the founder Honza. Thanks a lot and I look forward to working with you guys.

I've used Shipmonk for over five years, and their customer service ( especially when they assign a rep to your account) has made a huge difference. Our rep is Amanda M.J., and she has done incredibly well managing our account and helping us out with any questions. I would definitely recommend them for any size company for their fulfillment needs.

Allie was amazing and literally held my hand (not really) walking us through any questions or concerns, offered a better shipping option for packaging to help us save costs. Allie was spectacular and wish she could stay on board with further assistance!

I started with RubyHas about 10 years ago, until the facility was purchased by Shipmonk in 2022. I thought Ruby was bad. Shipmonk offers no real customer support - you can submit tickets to customer service agents. Expect a reply in a few days, maybe. Don't expect the reply to actually solve your problem either. When I had issues with an order (failure to deliver, wrong item shipped, etc) - it's never their fault, you will never be reimbursed. If they find they made an error though, you will be mysteriously billed (nickle and dimed) for anything they "forget." My prices were "adjusted" (up) constantly over the last 3 years. I finally decided to pull the plug and exit the facility. That was a major headache. I wish I could post photos of the condition of the cartons of goods they returned to me. Appalling. Half empty boxes piled under the heaviest cartons, so they smushed and broke and spilled, losing merchandise en route back to my warehouses. It took them 3 weeks to "figure out" how to return my remaining cartons (just 2 of them, small pre-packed boxes containing our branded polymailers) - it's been 2 weeks since they "shipped" and I still haven't received them. I've been in business 20 years - I've used 4 fulfillment facilities in that time. I've never left a review before - but this was such a bad experience I felt I had to, hopefully to save another business from this mess. If you're considering moving your inventory to a shipmonk facility - just don't.

Bryce has been extremely patient and supportive as I launch my Shopify store following a successful Kickstarter campaign. She’s hopped on calls, responded quickly to urgent requests, and taken the time to clearly walk me through how ShipMonk can support my fulfillment needs. Starting up with a new 3PL can feel overwhelming, but Bryce made the onboarding process smooth and stress-free. Her responsiveness and calm, knowledgeable guidance gave me confidence every step of the way. Overall, I would highly recommend ShipMonk to any small business owner or Kickstarter creator looking for a fulfillment partner that truly gets it. Big thanks to Bryce and the team for setting such a high standard right from the start!

We received incredible support from the beginning of the process, from the moment we visited the warehouse to the moment we placed our first order. Bryce and Chris are available for any questions, and more importantly, they help in every way so that we can begin our journey together in the most successful way possible.
