ShipMonk is where cutting-edge technology meets world-class fulfillment, all guided by our "merchant-first" core value. This allows us to enable high-volume, scaling DTC brands to stress less and grow more. We shipped millions of packages in 2024, fueled by our 2,300-strong team and proprietary technology that gives merchants a unified view of their inventory, orders, and shipping across all sales channels. With strategically located fulfillment centers across the globe, dedicated "mom & pop" support at a global scale, and refreshingly transparent pricing, it's no wonder we've earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 for seven years running. We're not just keeping up with the future of fulfillment—we're building it.

We used another 3PL that had confusing pricing - with Shipmonk they are upfront and easy to understand. After a six month trial, we just added another brand to their platform ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Imagine a partner that you trust or a third party that you 100% rely on. That is absolutely ShipMonk and their support staff! The staff takes you from the very first stage, starts onboarding and hands you over to real business with no question marks in mind. ShipMonk is in the most critical position in my business set up and work flow and I have had peace in my mind from the begining. I am sure each staff is the same but I definitely would like to mention Jennifer Sant'anna, my onboarding associate for the support she has given me along the way. Thank you guys!

I've worked with Shipmonk for over 2 years. We switched over during black Friday which could have been a total mess. But the integration was smooth and painless. Ever since then, we love how responsive they are with any issues that rise up. We identify, locate the root cause, fix and move on.

We have been set up with Shipmonk for about 7 months now and I can confidently say that our account managers (Kerry + Andrea) are some of the best partners we've ever worked with. Extremely attentive, thoughtful & helpful!

We came to ShipMonk after pretty terrible experiences with other 3PLs and they were a very welcome relief. We came to them because of their pricing but stayed because of their great customer service (just renewed our contract!). Their back-end software is also very intuitive and easy to use. Since we started working with them we have grown more than 4x and they have been able to keep up with this growth seamlessly.

We have been working with ShipMonk since September last year and are only moving on as it makes most sense for us to ship out of Europe. The support team have been great to deal with since the beginning. What is most impressive is their backend program which has given us full autonomy in terms of managing our inventory, shipping rates and reporting. Thanks Shipmonk!
