They have a horrific policy of retaining data of people they deliver products to, for no reason, and despite being told to delete it and since they are unable to keep this data secure they put customers of their partners at serious risk. Do not use this service if you value your customers.

Terrible company, amateurs. If you value customer data, use another company.

We have been using this fulfillment service for about a year, and unfortunately, since transitioning from their California warehouse to the Nevada warehouse, we have experienced a significant decline in service quality. We have encountered multiple issues, including lost inventory, special packing instructions being ignored even when we paid additional fees for them, and shipment delays. The mandatory transition itself has already increased our costs, and the operational issues that followed have resulted in at least thousands of dollars in additional losses for our small business. Based on our experience, the Nevada operations team does not appear adequately prepared to handle the volume and requirements. We did not experience this level of recurring issues while operating out of the California facility. If your inventory has to be fulfilled from the Nevada warehouse, we unfortunately don't recommend it.

Bri is an amazing rep to work with. Positive attitude and will work tirelessly to accommodate your requests. Really appreciate having someone like this on the team, she's life saver.

I am a representative for a company that uses their services. they take days to ship items, even after a tracking number is created. You cant effectively escalate or expedite any shipments - They seem to only respond with a net resyult of "it ships when it ships". They have pulled items incorrectly for our customers that have been labelled correctly. To verify this is genuine - I have interacted with a person with the initials R.P. Thanks

The system itself is very helpful and makes it much easier to get things done. It is without a doubt an excellent platform and plays an important role in supporting our operations. That said, what truly makes the difference are the people we work with. Having a team that shares the same goal of helping our company grow is what really sets ShipMonk apart. This level of partnership and alignment is especially important for a young and growing company, and it makes a huge difference in our day-to-day operations. Thanks team!!!

I work for a company that worked with ShipMonk years ago and at one point we decided to switch 3PLs in an effort to stay more local to our business. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out — and it quickly reminded us how great your company truly is. We brought our business back, and honestly, you’re even better than you were before. We haven’t looked back since returning, and Anthony from the Florida office has been absolutely amazing. His support, professionalism, and dedication go above and beyond. We truly couldn’t imagine working with anyone else. We hope you like us, because you’re stuck with us!
