ShipHeroReviews of shiphero.com

Awesome team all around! They’ve been very helpful for all of my inquiries. 100/100

always helpful

First experience with Shiphero was great thanks to Belen. She was really friendly, patient, helpful and polite. The first person i spoke to wasn't great cos it seemed like she was always in a rush, barely had time to talk during google meets, and couldn't explain slowly or clearly. So I recommend Belen who is awesome.

Good customer care team.

I had an issue with my first order. It was lost by the shipping carrier, which was obviously not ShipHero's fault, but I got a great support from their team. Clara helped me out to figure out what happened with the order and suggested to reship it to the customer immediately. They credited me the reshipping costs and the value of the product within a couple of minutes. Great support!

Working with Bel at Shiphero has been a dleight. She's always delivering great customer service and in a timely manner. I'm very thankful and appreciate the support Shiphero has for us.

Bel and Carla are a super-duo These two make my job much easier and are always on top of getting projects completed quickly and efficiently. Their communication skills are top notch!

Resolved query with urgency. Perfect!
